Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.
- Help create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Support the management and optimization of website content to improve search engine rankings, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies for social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and contribute to regular reports and insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
- Assist in coordinating digital marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget and objectives.
- Provide support in managing relationships with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and influencers, to support marketing initiatives and leverage opportunities.
- Assist in monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, sales, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Keep track of industry news and developments related to digital marketing and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years work experience or internships in digital marketing or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute insights.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their usage for marketing purposes.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, is a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry news.
